All fall school day and sports picture orders are pre-pay. You will need to call the office to get your child’s access code to order after the picture due date on the envelope. If you order after the actual picture date, you will be required to pay for shipping to home and a $10 late processing fee.

Senior pictures, spring pictures and Kindergarten cap & gown pictures are sent as a proof envelope. The proof envelopes have your child’s unique access key located on the front of the envelope. You do not need to pre-order or pre-pay for these pictures. Spring picture and Kindergarten cap & gown spring proof envelopes must be ordered by the due date to prevent the additional charges.

Pre-Ordering for your school

  1. Please find your school or organization’s key-code. You can call us if you can’t find it @ 903-496-2231

  2. Copy the access key/code to your clipboard.

  3. Click here for to order https://orders.henington.com

  4. Paste the pre-order code into the “Access Key” box.

School Access Codes

The school access codes are only valid through the end of the day the photos are taken (except Santa picture), after that date you will need to contact us via email or call the office to get your child’s specific access code. No late orders for Santa pictures will be accepted. You can contact Henington School Services at 903-496-2231
